Echoes from the Past pays tribute to Lewis county, Kentucky Fiddlers, Bob Prater, Charlie Kinney, George Hawkins, Joe Stamper and especially Buddy Thomas. This short film project includes great narration along with Roger Cooper's band giving authentic interpretations of tunes such as "Yellow Barber", "Nine Miles out of Louisville", "Snakewinder", "Big Indian Hornpipe", "Bell Cow" and more!
Roger began selling this video tape in 1994 in order to purchase Buddy Thomas, who died in 1974, a headstone. Puchasing a copy, now available on DVD, will help fund other Kentucky fiddlin' projects here at KentuckyMemories.com and thanks for your support!
